Despite its achievements, ICOH faces several challenges. One of the main challenges is addressing the diverse and evolving nature of occupational hazards in different industries and regions. Additionally, there is a need for more comprehensive data and research on occupational health issues, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Ensuring the implementation of international guidelines and standards in various contexts also remains a significant challenge.
