What are the Challenges in Achieving Cultural Competency?
One of the main challenges is overcoming personal biases and assumptions. Another challenge is the lack of resources or institutional support for cultural competency training. Furthermore, the diversity within a population can make it difficult to develop a one-size-fits-all approach.
